Welcome to El Estuche Ink! By booking a service, submitting a form, or visiting our studio or website (www.elestucheink.com), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Deposits

• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your session.

• Deposits will be deducted from the final tattoo cost.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a forfeited deposit.

• No-shows or repeated reschedules may result in denial of future bookings.

2. Age Requirement

• You must be at least 18 years old with valid government-issued ID to receive a tattoo, as required by Virginia state law.

3. Health Conditions

• If you have any health conditions (e.g., blood-borne illnesses, skin disorders, allergies, pregnancy), you must disclose them before your appointment.

• We reserve the right to decline service if we believe it may compromise your health or our safety.

4. Art & Custom Designs

• All designs created by our artists are original and remain the intellectual property of El Estuche Ink.

• Clients may request custom work, but no external artwork will be tattooed without proper copyright permission.

5. Results & Healing

• While our artists use high-quality inks and sterile techniques, results may vary based on skin type, placement, and aftercare.

• Clients are fully responsible for following the provided aftercare instructions.

6. Refunds & Retouching

• No refunds will be issued once a tattoo is completed.

• One free touch-up may be provided within 60 days, at the artist’s discretion, excluding tattoos on fingers, feet, hands, and other high-fade areas.

7. Studio Rules

• No guests under 18 permitted in the tattoo area.

• Disruptive behavior, intoxication, or harassment will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability
El Estuche Ink and its artists are not liable for:

• Allergic reactions not disclosed before service.

• Improper aftercare or infections due to negligence.

• Emotional or aesthetic dissatisfaction after the tattoo is completed.
